Vendor Registration

The Water Authority uses an online vendor registration and notification system called The Network. Registration is free regardless of company size. To register, visit www.sdcwa.org/register.html and follow the instructions provided. Video and written registration instructions are available in order to facilitate registration.

Once registered on The Network , you will have access to solicitation documents (e.g. Notices Inviting Bids, Requests for Proposals) that have been posted by the Water Authority and other participating public agencies. In addition, you will receive an automatic email notification when a solicitation that is related to the type of service/good you provide (based on your profile entered) is posted on The Network.

Engineering construction solicitation documents are posted on eBidBoard in addition to The Network.
