Member Agency Dates and General Information

The following is Fiscal Year 2012 Water Delivery and Capacity Charges billing and payment dates, and is intended only to provide guidance to member agencies to avoid late charges.

*   Invoice Mailing = 10th working day of the current month.
** Payment Due = 10th working day of the following month. Holiday or Water Authority
    dark Friday is adjusted accordingly.

Notes:
Invoices for water deliveries and fixed MWD charges shall be mailed to member agencies no later than the 10th working day of the month. Holiday is adjusted accordingly.

Bank holiday is counted as a business day to remit payments. The Water Authority does not recognize a bank holiday as a non-working day (ex. Columbus Day).
