Speakers' Bureau
The speakers' bureau is an important component of the San Diego County Water Authority's efforts to inform and create public awareness about water reliability, water transfers and its Capital Improvement Program. The speakers' bureau is a free service to the community. It creates a two-way dialogue between the Water Authority and the public, providing local organizations with information on current water issues, and Water Authority staff with valuable community feedback.
